The gift card can be redeemed at kotsovolos.cy, at the call center 22459999 and at all KOTSOVOLOS stores and is non-personal and transferable.
It is only accepted for purchases of equal or greater value than the gift card.
Any amount on the card is not redeemable or exchangeable for money or gift vouchers and cannot be split and used on more than one (1) purchase/order.
The card cannot be used to pay off debts from previous purchases (installments).
The gift card is valid for one (1) year from its purchase.
After this period of time the gift card is automatically cancelled.
In case of loss or theft, the card is not replaced.
